Who said recruitment had to be big and complicated?

There are lots of good things about being small – nimbleness, for a start. Flexibility too – I think that’s an important word, especially when you’re dealing with people. We’re all different after all.

My philosophy is simple – treat people well and they’ll treat you well. I like to think of it as recruitment karma.
